What does the price cover?
The price includes eleven nights in a Standard Room at the Dragon Hill Lodge.
$3,990 double occupancy and $2,900 single occupancy.
Additionally, the price includes:
• Round-trip transportation from Incheon (ICN) or Gimpo (GMP) International Airports to Dragon Hill Lodge.
• Welcome Reception on the day of your arrival.
• Complimentary Breakfast at Greenstreet each morning from 0600 to 1100.
• Special Seoul tours given by professional English-Speaking guides with transportation.
• Farewell Reception the day before your departure.
When will my deposit be charged?
A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. You will forfeit the entire deposit if you cancel your reservations within 30 days of arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy for the Seoul Escape Tours differs from our normal hotel stay policy to ensure maximum participation in the program. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining 50% being charged upon arrival.
The deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations that occur within 30 days will result in the loss of the deposit.
Are the tours physically demanding?
Please note that most tours require moderate walking. Tour guides set a pace for everyone in the group to enjoy the sites. It's essential for people to be able to walk at least a mile daily. Having the endurance to cover this distance comfortably is essential for enjoying a full day of sightseeing.
What are the accommodations? May I upgrade?
Accommodations are a Standard Room with King or Double Queen beds. Based on availability. No upgrades are available.
How many additional rooms may be reserved?
Sponsors can reserve up to 2 additional guest rooms.
How do I sponsor guest(s) that does not have a military ID card to access Dragon Hill Lodge?
Please contact our Front Desk at least 4 weeks in advance to assist with Hotel/Gate access for guest(s).
Can I book additional days or tours?
Additional days may be reserved through our Reservations Department and additional tours may be booked through our Discover Seoul Desk.
What is the voltage at Dragon Hill Lodge?
All electronic outlets in the hotel are 110 volts.
Are there ATM’s at Dragon Hill Lodge?
There are two ATMs in the Dragon Hill Lodge that dispense both US Dollars and Korean Won.
What currency can I use at Dragon Hill Lodge?
Both USD and KRW are accepted at Dragon Hill Lodge. If you pay in KRW, your change will be in USD.
What currency is accepted in the City?
Korea's official monetary unit is the won. While it is possible to pay for things in USD in major cities while visiting Korea, US currency is not widely accepted, and you may have to pay a higher rate, so it’s best to convert your dollars into South Korean won or use a credit card during your stay.
Does the Dragon Hill Lodge offer laundry service?
The Dragon Hill Lodge offers several laundry options. Clothes may be brought to the Front Desk and be laundered through our in-house laundry for a fee. There are free washing machines and dryers on every floor for guests. Supplies are available for purchase.
Are visiting US DoD military retiree ID card holders eligible to use the AAFES exchange?
Yes.
Are visiting US DoD Retiree ID card holders eligible to use the post office?
Yes. All sent mail is limited to 16 ounces.
Is there a Commissary on U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan?
No.
What if I need medical care?
There are no DoD medical facilities/support office located on U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan. Please review the Tricare overseas website to be familiar with your coverage and options available in Korea.
